Terms of Purchase
This statement explains Bride Appeal™ policies and practices regarding returns and refunds of products and services by you. Please note that, Bride Appeal™ reviews and updates this Return Policy from time to time as needed without notice. Therefore, you should review the terms of this policy periodically to make sure that you are aware of how Bride Appeal™ honors returns or awards refunds. This policy operates alongside the Website Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and any other Bride Appeal™ individual service contract agreed upon by you.
Refunds
Digital & Electronic Products
There are no returns, refunds or credits offered on digital or electronic products, once the customer has been given access to the documents or media purchased, whether by download or other method. If the process by which a given digital or electronic product is delivered is immediate, instant or automated with no human involvement in its delivery, then no returns, refunds or credits will be awarded.
Memberships
Recurring memberships are provided as-is. No refunds, returns or credits are offered for membership dues already paid. Customers may cancel at any time and future debits will be cancelled within 5 business days from the time in which the cancellation request was received. Cancellation requests are received and reviewed during normal business hours Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm EST. Holidays and office closings are considered outside normal business hours.
Also note that memberships may only be cancelled once the customer has fulfilled their initial commitment, based on the promotion or offer in effect at the time of membership enrollment. For instance, sometimes additional bonuses and gifts will be offered as an enrollment incentive in exchange for a commitment of several months membership. In this case, the customer will continue to be debited monthly membership dues until the minimum monthly commitment is met.
Training, Classes & Workshops
Refunds and returns for non-membership trainings, events, workshops and classes are offered based on the terms for that event.
If no terms are set for that individual class or training event, then cancellations are accepted prior to the release of the first lesson. After this time, you will have up to 30 days to implement what you learn and request a refund if you are unsatisfied. All refund requests must be accompanied by tangible proof of consistent and thorough implementation of the lessons learned, because if you don't implement the strategies learned, they can never work for you. Not all strategies are designed to produce immediate results. Therefore, the appropriate amount of time and consistent action MUST have passed in order for an evaluation of results to be considered.
Do not enroll in an educational course if you're intention is just to "check it out" and look under the hood to see what it's about, so you can request a refund later, after your curiosity has been satisfied. Any questions you have are happily answered by our staff before you enroll.
